Poquoson announces drug arrests

Investigation by members of the Poquoson Police Department results in drug charges against a handful of individuals.

According to a department release, "Beginning in April of 2012, a Poquoson Police detective assigned to the Tri-Rivers Drug Task Force developed several investigative leads regarding certain individuals who were allegedly distributing illegal drugs in the city. An eight-month investigation led a York-Poquoson Grand Jury in January to issue several indictments for the following individuals.

William Hoback was charged with two counts of distribution of marijuana and one count of distribution of cocaine. Divine Fraser was additionally charged with five counts of distribution of marijuana, three counts of conspiracy to distribute marijuana and four counts of distributing drugs using a juvenile. Christopher Olsen was also charged with one count of distribution of marijuana.

Also, Timothy William Nettles was charged with two counts of conspiracy to distribute cocaine, while Allen Henry Roberts III was charged with two counts of distribution of oxycodone and one count of distribution of Dilauded.
