Poquoson city public schools' breakfast menu for the week of Jan. 14 is as follows:

Monday, Jan. 14: Waffle with syrup, assorted cereal with cinnamon toast, fresh orange and apple juice

Tuesday, Jan. 15: Honey wheat glazed cinnamon roll, assorted cereal with cinnamon toast, fresh banana and orange juice

Wednesday, Jan. 16: French toast sticks, assorted cereal with cinnamon toast, diced pears and apple juice

Thursday, Jan. 17: Cinnamon biscuit, assorted cereal with cinnamon toast, applesauce and orange juice

Friday, Jan. 18: Chicken biscuit, assorted cereal with cinnamon toast, sliced peaches and apple juice
