Poquoson Public Library to hold 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten event
The Poquoson Public Library will hold 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten at 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 13 in the library's meeting room.
The free event is held to help families prepare children entering kindergarten to read with a goal of 1,000 books read before a child enters kindergarten, according to a library press release.
The library is at 500 City Hall Ave., Poquoson.
