City Council to discuss compost facility, sewer pump station at Oct. 22 meeting

The Poquoson City Council will meet at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22.

According to the published agenda, the following new business is scheduled for discussion:

• Resolution authorizing a donation to the Hunts Cove Homeowners Association for repair of a dam
• Award of contract for sewer pump station system control and data acquisition alarm system
• Ordinance making an additional appropriation for fiscal year 2012-13
• Service agreement for continued operation of the compost facility

The meeting will be held at 500 City Hall Ave.
