York-Poquoson Sheriff's Office arrest report, Oct. 1-7

The York-Poquoson Sheriff's Office reported the following arrests between Oct. 1 and Oct. 7:

Oct. 1: A 27-year-old female was arrested on charges of embezzlement less than $200 and false summons or false report to police

Oct. 2: A 49-year-old male was arrested on a charge of embezzlement, less than $200 in the 100 block of Production Drive

Oct. 3: A 30-year-old male was arrested on a charge of obtaining drugs by fraud in the 3300 block of Vaidens Road

Oct. 3: A 20-year-old male was arrested on a charge of destruction of property, monument in the 100 block of Davids Way

Oct. 4: A 30-year-old male was arrested on charges of drunk in public, profane language, resisting arrests/obstruction of justice without threat of force, in the 6300 block of George Washington Memorial Highway

Oct. 4: A 30-year-old male was arrested on charges of simple assault and battery, sexual battery and disorderly conduct in the 6300 block of Route 17

Oct. 4: An 18-year-old male was arrested on a charge of simple assault and battery on Baptist Road and Cabot Drive

Oct. 5: A 28-year-old female was arrested on a charge of concealment, price alter merchandise less than $200 in the 5000 block of Victory Boulevard

Oct. 5: A 16-year-old female was arrested on a charge of unlawful purchase or possession of an alcoholic beverage in the 300 block of Ballard Street

Oct. 6: A 28-year-old male was arrested on a charge of drunk in public, profane language in the 400 block of Water Street

Oct. 6: A 16-year-old female was arrested on a charge of concealment, price alter merchandise less than $200 in the 5000 block of Victory Boulevard

Oct. 6: An 18-year-old female was arrested on a charge of unlawful purchase or possession of an alcoholic beverage in the 400 block of Grafton Drive

Oct. 7: A 15-year-old male was arrested on charges of curfew violation, unauthorized use of a vehicle, unsafe lane change and no driver's license in the 1200 block of Hampton Highway

Oct. 7: A 21-year-old female was arrested on a charge of grand larceny in the 2600 block of George Washington Memorial Highway

Oct. 7: An 18-year-old male was arrested on charges of unlawful purchase or possession of an alcoholic beverage, resisting lawful arrest and drunk in public, profane language in the unit block of Busch Gardens Boulevard

Oct. 7: A 21-year-old female was arrested on a charge of grand larceny in the 2600 block of George Washington Memorial Highway
