York-Poquoson Sheriff's Office arrest report, Sept. 17-23
The York-Poquoson Sheriff's Office reported the following arrests between Sept. 17 and Sept. 23:
Sept. 17: A 25-year-old male was arrested on a charge of assault or battery by mob in the 1400 block of Picadilly Loop
Sept. 17: A 22-year-old female was arrested on charges of assault or battery by mob, assault and battery of a firefighter or police officer and obstructing justice in the 1400 block of Picadilly Loop
Sept. 17: A 17-year-old female was arrested on a charge of possession of tobacco products by persons under age 18 in the 400 block of Wolftrap Road
Sept. 18: A 25-year-old male was arrested on a charge of simple assault and battery in the 100 block of West Semple Road
Sept. 18: A 50-year-old female was arrested on a charge of simple assault and battery in the 100 block of West Semple Road
Sept. 18: A 18-year-old male was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and eluding police in the 4700 block of Eagle Road
Sept. 18: A 25-year-old male was arrested on a charge of grand larceny
Sept. 18: A 17-year-old female was arrested on a charge of drinking or possessing alcohol on school grounds
Sept. 21: A 23-year-old male was arrested on a charge of drunk in public, profane language in the 300 block of Linden Court
Sept. 21: A 27-year-old male was arrested on a charge of drunk in public, profane language in the 5800 block of Route 17
Sept. 21: A 31-year-old female was arrested on a charge of drunk in public, profane language in the 5800 block of Route 17
Sept. 21: A 68-year-old male was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol in the unit block of Merrimac Trail and Douglas Drive
Sept. 22: A 49-year-old male was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated, refusing to take a blood or alcohol test and driving after forfeiture of driver's license in the 6100 block of George Washington Memorial Highway
Sept. 22: An 18-year-old male was arrested on charges of unlawful purchase or possession of alcohol and petit larceny in the 100 block of Pinewood
Sept. 22: A 30-year-old male was arrested on charges of resisting lawful arrest, petit larceny , drunk in public and assault and battery of a police officer or firefighter in the 100 block of Pinewood
Sept. 22: A 20-year-old male was arrested on a charge of grand larceny in the unit block of Airport Road and Waller Mill
Sept. 23: A 48-year-old male was arrested on charges of concealment - price altering merchandise less than $200 and trespassing in the 2600 block of George Washington Memorial Highway
Sept. 23: A 44-year-old female was arrested on a charge of assault and battery of a family member in the 100 block of Shrewsbury Square
Sept. 23: A 21-year-old female was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and using unsafe equipment in the 2300 block of George Washington Memorial Highway
Sept. 23: A 37-year-old male was arrested on charges of having a concealed weapon and failure to wear a seat belt in the 2200 block of Richmond Road
Sept. 23: A 38-year-old female was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked license and defective equipment in the 2200 block of Richmond Road
Sept. 23: A 42-year-old male was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, refusing a blood or alcohol test, driving after forfeiture of license, driving after license was revoked for subsequent offenses, improper passing on a solid line and failure to comply with support obligations
