Civil circuit court hearings for Poquoson Sept. 26-Oct. 2

The following Poquoson area civil case was heard in circuit court during Sept. 26-Oct. 2:   Poquoson Circuit court reported a trial involving Andrea Marie Pauley at 9 Oct. 2. Case CR12007385-01 was filed on June 27, 2012, with a general district court appeal against Pauley. The defendant was arrested on Feb. 3, 2012, on charges of driving with a revoked or suspended drivers license. The result of the Oct. 2 hearing is listed as continued. There is a trial scheduled for 9 a.m. on Nov. 15.
