Poquoson residents look to the sky on International Observe the Moon Night
Poquoson Public Library, in collaboration with the NASA Skywatchers Astronomy Club, held a moon and stargazing event at the Poquoson Museum grounds Sept. 22.
According to a press release, more than 50 attendees observed the moon, stars and other celestial bodies with telescopes and iPads with the Star Walk app, as part of International Observe the Moon Night.
