The breakfast menu of Poquoson City Public Schools for the week of Monday, Oct. 8 to Friday, Oct. 12 is as follows:

Monday, Oct. 8: French toast sticks, assorted cereals with cinnamon toast, a fresh orange and apple juice.

Tuesday, Oct. 9: Egg and cheese biscuits, assorted cereals with cinnamon toast, a fresh banana and orange juice.

Wednesday, Oct. 10: Sunbutter and jelly sandwich, assorted cereals with cinnamon toast, apricot halves and apple juice.

Thursday, Oct. 11: Honey wheat glazed cinnamon rolls, assorted cereals with cinnamon toast, applesauce and orange juice.

Friday, Oct. 12: Waffles with syrup, assorted cereals with cinnamon toast, sliced peaches and apple juice.
