Poquoson Kiwanis raises money for the Peninsula Agency on Aging

The Kiwanis Club of Poquoson presented invited speaker Bill Massey, CEO of the Peninsula Agency on Aging, with a $500 donation Sept. 6.

The Poquoson club was chartered in September 1974. A chapter of Kiwanis International, it has more than 100 members. Kiwanis International is a global organization dedicated to helping children and communities.

The Poquoson chapter meets at 7 p.m. on the first and third Thursday of every month at Anna's Pizza on Wythe Creek Road.
