Poquoson Parks and Recreation offers personal fitness sessions
The Poquoson Parks and Recreation Department is now offering individualized personal training sessions.
Sibyl Smith, an AFAA certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor, will lead the sessions.
For one session, the cost is $52 for individuals and $75 for two people. For three sessions, the cost is $144 for individuals and $200 for two people. For five sessions, the cost is $220 for individuals and $255 for two people.
Sessions must be paid for in advance and are available in the morning on Wednesday and Saturday, and in the afternoon or evening on Tuesday.
Training will be set up to meet individual needs and physical challenges, and Smith will help participants find the safest, quickest and most productive way to achieve their fitness goals.
