York-Poquoson police release arrest reports from June 25-July 1

The York-Poquoson Police Department reported several arrests and incidents from June 25 through July 1.

A female juvenile, 17, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled paraphernalia on the 500 block of Old Taylor Road June 25.

Howard L. Ward, 39, was arrested and charged with making annoying phone calls June 25.

Robert K. Pegram, 21, was arrested and charged with carnal knowledge of a child 13 to 15 years old and contributing to the delinquency of a minor on the 9300 block of Merrimac Trail June 25.

Jason L. Brumbaugh, 32, was arrested and charged with petty larceny and trespassing on the 100 block of Prince Margaret Drive June 25.

A female juvenile, 17, was detained under suspicion of being a runaway on the 100 block of Wichita Lane June 25.

Ashton E. Johnson, 25, was arrested and charged with driving after forfeiture, no driver license and refusal to take blood or breath test on the unit block of Victory Boulevard June 25.

Chase D. Witmer, 19, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and unlawful purchase or possession of an alcoholic beverage on the unit block of Hilda Hollow June 26.

Two female juveniles, 16, and one female juvenile of 17 were arrested and charged with credit card theft on the 200 block of Victory Road June 26. A male juvenile, 17, was arrested and charged with credit card theft of more than $200 on the 200 block of Victory Road June 26.

A male juvenile, 16, was arrested and charged with petty larceny on the 900 block of Holbrook Drive June 26.

Brittany N. Scott, 21, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol on the unit block of Route 17 and Mid Atlantic June 26.

A male juvenile, 16, was arrested and charged with petty larceny on the 2200 block of Whitehouse Cove June 26.

A female juvenile, 15, was arrested and charged with burning or destroying a dwelling on the 300 block of Ballard Street June 26.

A male juvenile, 15, was arrested and charged with trespassing on the 300 block of Ballard Street June 26.

Shirley Speller, 26, was arrested and charged with price altering of merchandise and conspiring to trespass or commit larceny on the unit block of Hampton City Jail June 26.

Natalie N. Czupka, 45, was arrested and charged with assault and battery of a family member on the 100 block of Loon Court June 27.

William Y. Smith, 30, was arrested and charged with being drunk in public and profane language on the 5900 block of George Washington Memorial Highway June 27.

Keena E. Smith, 26, was arrested and charged with price altering of merchandise of more than $200 on the 700 block of East Rochambeau Drive June 27.

Tasha I. Taliaferro, 34, was arrested and charged with price altering of merchandise of less than $200 on the 700 block of East Rochambeau Drive June 28.

Justin E. McDougal, 33, was arrested and charged with brandishing a firearm and two counts of assault and battery of a family member on the unit block of Lincoln Street June 28.

Bradley O. Douangdara, 20, was arrested and charged with unlawful purchase or possession of an alcoholic beverage and trespassing on the 300 block of Water Street June 29.

Bethany F. Wilson, 31, was arrested and charged with price altering of merchandise on the 900 block of J. Clyde Morris Boulevard June 29.

Dianna N. Kemp, 37, was arrested and charged with abuse and neglect of children on the 100 block of Winsome Haven Drive June 30.

Gary D. Kemp, 41, was arrested and charged with abuse and neglect of children on the 100 block of Winsome Haven Drive June 30.

Matthew R. Holmes, 35, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol on the 300 block of Barlow Road June 30.

William Y. Smith, 30, was arrested and charged with destruction of property June 30.

Eliza A. Young, 30, was arrested and charged with violation of a protective order on the 2000 block of Huskie Court July 1.
