Poquoson Public Library seeks help to spruce up reading garden
Poquoson Public Library, 500 City Hall Ave., Poquoson, will hold a "Spruce It Up" event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 5 to clean the library’s reading garden.
Teenagers are being asked to donate their time to help paint, plant flowers, pull weeds and more, including building a trellis for the garden. Those who attend are asked to wear old clothes and bring the tools they know how to use.
