Yorktown-Poquoson girls compete for scholarship

Four students from the Yorktown-Poquoson area are competing for the chance to earn the title of Distinguished Young Woman of Virginia. 

Participants are Hanna Swenson of York County, Jennifer Barber of Yorktown, Michelle Seywald of Tabb and Amy West of Poquoson. 

Scholarships are available in the areas of scholastics, talent, fitness, interview and self-expression.
