Poquoson High student-faculty basketball game set for March 12
Spirit Week at Poquoson High School will begin with the annual basketball game that pits the faculty against the students at 6:30 p.m. March 12 at the school, 51 Odd Road, Poquoson.
The freshmen, sophomore, junior and senior classes will face off to decide which class gets to play the faculty in the final.
Play-by-play announcer for the Islanders, Henry Ayer, will announce the game. Mayor Gene Hunt and police Chief Cliff Bowen will officiate the game.
Tickets are $3 in advance and $4 at the door. Refreshments will be available.
