Team coordinator buys 3BD in Poquoson

Anthony T. DiCarlo bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 66 Browns Neck Road in Poquoson from Dale L. Calender for $558,500 on Sept. 12.

Calender paid $350,000 for the property in August 2005. The 2,626-square-foot home was built in 2006 in York Haven Anchorage/Poquoson Shores.

DiCarlo is a self-employed team coordinator. He previously served the U.S. Air Force.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 95 home sales in Poquoson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $202,000.
