Database administrator buys Poquoson 4BD

11 Wainwright Drive

Delone T. Rush bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 11 Wainwright Drive in Poquoson from Allen McCord Newsome for $290,000 on June 18.

The 2,268-square-foot house was built in Powhatan Place in 1978.

Rush has been a database administrator and computer programmer at the United States Air Force since June 2009. Previously, he served as a software project manager and network administrator.

He holds an A.S. in both electronic systems technology and computer science from the Community College of the Air Force.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 72 home sales in Poquoson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $217,875.
