Soccer: Steven Farmer, Christopher Newport University
Steven Farmer played in Christopher Newport University's 3-0 victory over Methodist University on Saturday. Farmer made one shot, one on goal. Farmer graduated from Poquoson High School in 2008.
Farmer is a 2008 graduate of Poquoson High School, where he played soccer for coach Bill MacArthur. As a senior (2007-08) he was first-team all-region and all-district as well as honorable mention all-state. Farmer was also team captain and team MVP that season. Born July 6, 1990 the son of Steve and Angie Farmer, he is majoring in history and pre-law at Christopher Newport University. Farmer is from Poquoson.
